About this Course
Spearhead successful ArcGIS adoption in your organization
As organizations deploy modern geospatial capabilities to improve their operations, a common challenge is preparing the impacted workforce to adopt new workflows. This interactive, hands-on course guides attendees through the foundational steps of conducting a successful change management initiative using the popular Prosci ADKAR model of change management. Class time is devoted to open discussion on change management best practices and focused planning time. Course materials include templates that attendees can use to jumpstart change management efforts immediately after class.

Managers and others who are modernizing GIS-supported workflows, planning new ArcGIS deployments or expanding ArcGIS access outside their current user bases will benefit from this course. To get the most value, we recommend that attendees identify a planned or in-progress project that will benefit from change management prior to class. This course is also available as a private training event for teams working on shared initiatives.
