Charlene has an Interdisciplinary PhD in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences & Medical Sciences-Pediatrics and an MSc in Geography with Specialization in GIS and Remote Sensing. With over 20 years of educating and researching with GIS, she has developed and applied spatial data science solutions in several inter-organizational collaborations involving children's environmental health, habitat conservation, and climate change vulnerability. She delivers courses in ArcGIS Pro and extensions, ArcGIS Online and web apps, ArcGIS Insights, ArcGIS Knowledge, Python and change management.

Raymond Caron, Certified ArcGIS Instructor

Raymond Caron is a Certified ArcGIS Instructor with Esri Canada. He has seven years of experience teaching GIS, geology and geophysics at the university level and has a PhD in Earth Sciences with a specialization in Geophysics.

Raymond has used ArcGIS for over a decade, with a focus on academic and industry projects in geology and geophysics.

He also has experience using GIS in support of mineral exploration and remote sensing projects. His academic interests include advanced surveying methods, magnetics and seismic surveying.

Raymond loves coffee and teaches in both English and French.
