Connection Tests
To take an instructor-led online course, participants must pass two connection tests.
- The first is a web conference connection test which can be completed by visiting the following link: https://zoom.us/test
- The second connection test is for the remote lab and this can be completed by visiting the following link: https://esricanada.instructorled.training/precheck

Charlene has an Interdisciplinary PhD in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences & Medical Sciences-Pediatrics and an MSc in Geography with Specialization in GIS and Remote Sensing. With over 20 years of educating and researching with GIS, she has developed and applied spatial data science solutions in several inter-organizational collaborations involving children's environmental health, habitat conservation, and climate change vulnerability. She delivers courses in ArcGIS Pro and extensions, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Insights, Python and change management.
